Everything you need to know about buying and selling commercial vessels
Unfortunately, Ocean Marine is unable to process credit card orders. All sales are effected through transfers into our escrow account or in some instances a Letter of Credit (LOC).
The best way is to place a refundable deposit into an escrow account under an escrow agreement stating the terms. This removes the vessel from the open market and allows you to perform inspections with peace of mind that the vessel will not be sold to someone else.
To make an offer, please contact your agent. They can supply you with our Procedures for Making an Offer Guide, which will walk you through the process step by step. You can also reach us by phone at (985) 448-0409 or email at comboats@oceanmarine.com.
It is not necessary for you to be present to close on your vessel. Ocean Marine can handle all aspects of the closing on your behalf once you have chosen the vessel that is right for you.
